
Rudy W. Stefancik, M.D. joined the pathology staff of Blue Mountain Pathology in 2002. Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Stefancik completed his undergraduate work at University of Texas, Austin, TX in 1978. His postgraduate work was completed at University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas in 1982. He completed an internship in 1983 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX and his pathology residency was completed at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, IL in 1987.
Certifications: American Board of Pathology; Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Active Licenses: Oregon and Washington and Michigan.
He is a Fellow with the College of American Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathologists, United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, and the American Association of Blood Banks. He is a member of the Michigan Pathology Society and the Houghton-Baraga-Keweenaw Counties Medical Society.
Dr. Stefancik serves as medical director for St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, OR and Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner, OR.
